Works by Dino Buzzati, Fernando de Rojas and Anxel Foler will be translated into Basque by EIZIE for the Global Literature collection

Josu Zabaleta will translate the work by Buzzati into Basque, Jose Antonio Sarasola will translate Rojas and Jose Mari Navascues, Fole

The Association of Translators, Correctors and Interpreters of the Basque Language (Euskal Itzultzaile, Zuzentzaile eta Interpreteen Elkartea, EIZIE) has now chosen the next three works to be translated into Basque for the Global Literature collection. The three works are Dino Buzzati’s Il deserto del Tartari (The Desert of the Tartars), Fernando de Rojas’ La Celestina and Anxel Fole’s A lus do candil (By Candlelight). Josu Zabaleta will translate the work by Buzzati into Basque, Jose Antonio Sarasola will translate Rojas and Jose Mari Navascues, Fole.
