Irigoien won in the category of Basque Theater, and Artola in Basque Narration
Mattin Irigoien and Xabier Artola have received City of San Sebastian Prizes in the categories of Basque Theater and Basque Narration, respectively. Irigoien won for his work, Jendeen jende (People of the People), and Artola for Deception Island.
The panels of judges were the following: for Basque Theater, Aurelia Arkotxa, Imanol Elias, Daniel Landart, Ana Toledo and Patri Urkizu; and for Basque narration, Iñaki Aldekoa, Miren Azkarate, Jon Kortazar, Enkarni Genua and Mari Jose Olaziregi.
Additionally, Rafael Herrero and Marco Antonio de la Parra won in the categories of Spanish Theater and Spanish Narration, respectively.
